Inner creep-free resin-coated bearing
Standard adoption of JIS standard 69 series bearings. Resin-wrapped bearings with creep-free inner rings.
The "resin-coated bearing" is a bearing made by molding polyacetal resin onto the outer ring of a miniature ball bearing. A creep prevention ring is installed on the inner ring of the bearing, improving the creep resistance between the inner ring's inner diameter and the shaft. Additionally, high precision is achieved through machining. The material of the outer ring resin is primarily polyacetal resin, but it can also accommodate other types of resin. 【Features】 ■ Bearing made by molding polyacetal resin onto the outer ring of a miniature ball bearing ■ Creep prevention ring installed on the inner ring, enhancing creep resistance between the inner ring's inner diameter and the shaft ■ Outer ring resin's strength is improved through insert molding ■ The width of the inner ring is made larger than the outer diameter width, facilitating installation
